the location was convenient, being close to restaurants and a supermarket.
The room i got was not what i expected. It supposedly had a lovely view. instead, i faced a brick wall from the 8th floor, quite disappointing. i had requested a high-floor room with a view, but my request was ultimately ignored. the bed was also uncomfortable.

the proximity to the train station is very convenient. plenty of places to eat are within walking distance. i felt very welcome upon arrival and this made for a great start to my holiday. our family thoroughly enjoyed the pool, spa, and sauna.
there was no hot water for showering on my second day. i had to go to a function without a hot shower, inconvenient

the location is really convenient for getting around. the train station is very close. the room had comfortable beds. kitchen amenities were also great.
the bathroom walls had some hairs on them. the front desk was informed about this, however they were not cleaned when i returned later. i spoke to the front desk a second time. a staff member cleaned the bathroom herself. the noise level in the room was unacceptable. i could hear sirens and traffic all day.
